If you had a will prepared and stored at our office please make arrangements with us for its continued safekeeping by calling our office to set up a date and time to pick it up (our office is open by appointment only).  You will need a picture ID and we will ask you to sign a receipt for it.  If you have prepared a new will with another attorney kindly call us to let us know.  After January 31, 2025 all of the wills are being stored with the Law Firm of Heaton & Venuti LLP, 118 Genesee St., Geneva, NY 14456; phone: 315-789-4549.
